Top-down Shirt, S10220
You prefer comfortable and casual summer outfits? Then try top down knitting: the knitting begins at the neckline and you will work your way downwards in rounds towards the hem – just like this shirt. Since the stitches for the sleeves are put on hold (sleeves are then knitted on later), there are no disruptive seams. The basic pattern is worked in stockinette, though the round yoke with its lace pattern offers some distraction. The pretty color gradient, by the way, is created by the yarn Summer Ombré. Instructions include sizes S, M and L.
